Meghana brings two decades of experience in clinical biometrics across CRO and sponsor environments. Her career spans both sides of the client relationship — from early years at Roche and Edwards Lifesciences in the United States to progressive delivery and leadership roles across global CRO engagements, including study lead responsibility on 15+ clinical trials across Phases I–IV.

She has built and led large biometrics functions from inception, including a global team of 150+ programmers and statisticians and the end-to-end setup of an India office for a global CRO. Her portfolio includes work with large pharma and biotech clients across multiple stages of the clinical journey, with experience across delivery models, governance, quality, and team-building. Her understanding of commercial delivery models, resource planning, and scope accountability brings operational and financial literacy to her work, alongside technical and delivery depth.

Meghana has presented and published through PhUSE and CDISC, and holds an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University, USA, and a BE in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the University of Pune.

Vibhavari brings 18 years of experience in clinical statistical programming, spanning individual contributor work, study leadership, and management roles across CRO and sponsor environments. Her career includes roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Cytel, Inference Clinical Research, and Parexel — progression from programmer to Associate Director that has given her a clear-eyed view of what good delivery looks like at every level of a biometrics function.

She has led programming teams across FSP and project-based models, managed study portfolios end-to-end, and held accountability for quality, timelines, and budgets across engagements. Since transitioning to independent consulting in 2023, she has worked with CROs on SOP development, internal audit programmes, process gap assessment, and team training — building the operational foundation that allows delivery teams to perform consistently.

Vibhavari has presented at PhUSE and ConSPIC, and is GCP certified. She holds an MSc in Statistics from the University of Pune and a BSc in Statistics from Fergusson College, Pune.
